Excellent customer service. I sent a gift to the wrong postal address and they immediately assisted in stopping the original order (which has already had two delivery attempts!) and sending one out to the correct address. The errors were all mine and yet they were so accommodating. I will definitely use them again

I ordered on line. Fast delivery. I really wouldn't know how you can pack a bottle more carefully! They made sure the bottle can't move within it's box and the neck has even been wrapped in parafine tape. Fiendly personal note and a pen added. Perfect!

Excellent service. Order correctly filled. Will use them again. Ordered a mixed case of rare whiskey. Shipment came in so fast it arrived earlier than the date requested for delivery, so the only problem was that no one over 21 was home on Friday to sign for the shipment, but I eagerly awaited the delivery on Monday. Order was correctly completed. Will use them again
