Returns and Refunds:
- 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may still cancel and return the item within 14 days of receipt, though return shipping fees will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Damaged Products: We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. The damaged product must be returned to us before a refund is issued.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Shipping and Handling:
- Return Shipping Fees: If you are returning a product due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping fees. For other returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Weather-Related Damages:
- Weather Conditions: We strongly advise against choosing ground delivery during extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for any damage caused by heat exposure or freezing during transit if ground delivery is selected. If you would like us to hold your order until weather conditions improve, we are happy to do so at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
- High-Alcohol Content Products: Alcoholic beverages with more than 70% alcohol content or 140 proof cannot be purchased for shipping. We do not ship any alcoholic beverages over 24% alcohol (48 Proof) by air.
